Not long ago, Shawna Scizak was living in the far outskirts of the California Bay Area, fighting traffic to get everywhere, and wondering if there was a better way to live. Fast forward and she now calls Boise, the Treasure Valley, and Idaho her home. Building on a lifelong career in sales and service, she’s chosen to put what she learned in her own relocation to work helping others find their dream in Idaho.

Real Estate has long been a personal pursuit for Shawna and she has been buyer or seller in several transactions, gone through a new build process as well as designed and oversaw a floor to ceiling remodel, and competed in the fierce California bidding wars. House hunting, which was once almost for fun, is now a skill she brings to representing her clients, along with patience, unending optimism, and an ear honed to really hearing what you want and need in a home.

“It doesn’t matter whether you’re buying your first home, your dream home, or investment property, purchasing and selling real estate is always about having some vision for the future and finding that just right property that can make that vision a reality. That’s what I want to do: to help clients make their goals, their dreams come true and hopefully do it in the most stress free way possible.”

In her spare time, Shawna enjoys fitness activities, both indoors and out, training her three Labrador Retrievers, practicing and teaching yoga, and exploring all that this beautiful area has to offer.
